Une organisation commune dirigea pendant longtemps puis autorisa l'émergence de nouvelles nations.

Après une terrible guerre qui affecta tout Néosol, une guerre froide est désormais en cours entre 2 alliances (l'Union et l'Anneau) menés par le Commonwealth Néogéen et la Fédération Kanyan respectivement. Et un nouveau "joueur" vient juste de se montrer avec la venue récente de diplomates Terran - alors que l'ancien monde était considéré comme mort et dépourvu de vie pour toujours...
